Rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty is surgery of the nose–where cartilage and bone are reshaped and reconstructed and excess bone or cartilage may be removed. Recovery time is approximately one week.
Results: Permanent.

Alarplasty/Alar Base Reduction
Alarplasty—also known as alar base reduction—is a surgical procedure that reshapes the nostrils and narrows the width of the nasal base. It is often chosen by patients who feel their nostrils are too wide, too flared, too rounded, or not proportionate to the rest of the nose.
Facelift/Necklift
A rhytidectomy is surgery to remove excess skin and tighten muscles in the neck and lower part of the face. Recovery time is approximately two weeks.
Results: From five to 10 years, depending on the patient.
Direct Necklift
A Direct Necklift is a surgical procedure that targets excess skin and fat under the chin and along the neck, creating a tighter, smoother, and more defined jawline. Unlike traditional necklifts, a direct approach allows Dr. Kieu to remove sagging tissue with precise, targeted incisions, ideal for patients with significant neck laxity or prior weight loss.
Browlift
A forehead lift–or browlift– is surgery to minimize forehead lines and wrinkles, and elevate brows to reduce lid drooping and provide a refreshed appearance. Recovery time is about 10 days.
Results: 10 years.
Otoplasty
Otoplasty is surgery to “pin back” the ears by reshaping the cartilage. Recovery time is about one week.
Results: Permanent.
Blepharoplasty
Blepharoplasty is surgery of the eyelids where fat and excess skin, bags, pouches, wrinkles in the eye area are removed to make the eyes look less tired. Recovery time is approximately one week.
Results: Lower lids, permanent; upper lids, ten years.
Submental Liposuction
Chin liposuction works by inserting a small tube, called a cannula, into the chin in different areas. Using gentle suction, small and strategic amounts of fat are removed from each location. The result is a smoother, more even profile with a reduced amount of fat under the chin. Recovery time is approximately one week.
Results: Permanent if weight is maintained
Buccal Fat Removal
A buccal fat removal removes the buccal fat pad, a naturally-occurring pad of fat in the cheek hollow area. The result is a more contoured appearance. Recovery time is approximately one week.
Results: Permanent
Fat Grafting
During a fat grafting procedure, fat is removed from the abdomen, thighs, or flanks, purified, then placed back in the face in precise areas to restore volume and youthful contours of the face.
Results: Permanent. May require touch-ups every few years.
Hair Restoration
Dr Kieu employs both Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT, or "strip"), and Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE), which are the current gold standards in hair transplantation techniques. After a thorough assessment, she can determine which method would best suit your needs.

Depending on the size, location, and features of your scar, Dr Kieu will come up with a plan to give you the best possible result.

V to Y Lip Augmentation
V-to-Y lip augmentation is a surgical technique that adds volume and projection to the lips using small “V-shaped” incisions inside the lip that are closed in a “Y” configuration. This creates natural internal advancement of lip tissue—resulting in a fuller, more defined lip shape without fillers or implants.
Results: Permanent
Lip Lift
A lip lift is a procedure that removes skin and soft tissue from the upper lip, which helps improve their shape and prominence. This can be done under local anesthesia. Recovery time is about one week.
Results: Permanent.
